HIGH SCHOOL

For high school wrestlers who want to eliminate their weaknesses and sharpen their skills. Wrestlers will learn advanced offensive and defensive fundamentals necessary to compete at a higher level. Technical adjustments will be made to enhance their knowledge in positions and how to best chain advanced techniques together to be able to score.

PRACTICE LOCATION: Trabuco Hills High School (27501 Mustang Run, Mission Viejo, CA 92691)
