What to expect: Most frequently asked questions regarding a trial class:
- What do I wear? Any workout shirt and shorts is great! No wrestling shoes necessary on the first class.
- What should I bring? Just some water to stay hydrated. We will take care of everything else!
- Where is the practice held? All wrestling will take place in the Trabuco Hills High School wrestling room. When you pull into the school go to your left and park by the gym and football field. When you are facing the gym, walk to your left and you will see a gated weight room. The wrestling room is located inside the gated area.
- Can parents watch? Yes parents are always welcome (as long as they are conducive to a positive environment) 🙂
